Protests are underway in Minneapolis after an ICE agent fatally shot a woman. Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem says the woman was "stalking" immigration enforcement officers, with DHS saying earlier in the day the woman was protesting ICE when she allegedly rammed her car into federal agents. However, the Democratic mayor of Minneapolis disputes that, saying the woman was fleeing the scene, while Minnesota Governor Tim Walz added the state will make sure the investigation is full and fair.        The U.S. has seized two Venezuela-linked oil tankers. In a post on X, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said one was seized in the North Atlantic and another was seized near the Caribbean. Both vessels were either last docked in Venezuela or were heading to the country.        President Trump is "discussing a range of options" to acquire Greenland. The discussions come as Trump revamps his interest in expansionist foreign policy in the days following the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed the matter in a statement to CNN and added that "utilizing the U.S. Military is always an option at the Commander in Chief's disposal."        A number of Minnesota officials are testifying at a Congressional hearing on government fraud allegations involving daycares and other services in the state. Three Republican state lawmakers are appearing before the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, including Representative Kristin Robbins who urged the investigation isn't about Islamophobia. That committee's chairman, Representative James Comer, has also invited Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and state Attorney General Keith Ellison to testify at a future hearing.        The judge in the trial of former Uvalde ISD policeman Adrian Gonzales has denied a defense motion for a mistrial. Judge Sid Harle made that decision this afternoon after talking with both sides over questions regarding testimony from a witness on Tuesday. Stephanie Hale, a teacher at Robb Elementary on the day of the attack, testified she saw a gunman outside the south door of the school.        Nick Reiner's now ex-attorney says his former client is not guilty of murder. Celebrity attorney Alan Jackson said says he withdrew from the case due to circumstances beyond control. He wouldn't say what those circumstances were, nor would he elaborate on why he thinks Nick Reiner is not guilty.
