Wednesday at the White House, the President signed a bipartisan bill that reversed Obama-era restrictions to allow schools to offer whole and two-percent milk. The Obama rules restricted students to fat-free or low-fat milk. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has touted the health benefits of whole milk, and joined Trump for the announcement.        The Justice Department says there's basis for an investigation into deadly shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche made the announcement Tuesday. The 37-year-old was shot in her vehicle in what federal officials argue was justified self-defense, sparking protests around the country.        At least 25 states are set to deal with winter weather conditions starting tonight. Intense snowfall is expected to be seen from the Lake Michigan shoreline in Michigan to the Illinois-Indiana border. Meanwhile, snow showers are in the forecast this week as far as south as North Carolina and Tennessee.        Illinois Democratic Congresswoman Robin Kelly is filing articles of impeachment against Homeland Secretary Kristi Noem. Kelly cited the secretary's handling of the Trump administration's immigration crackdown. She also alleged Noem denied members of Congress "oversight of ICE detention facilities."        A ton of ranked teams are in action tonight in college basketball. Number five Purdue will host Iowa, number 22 Georgia will welcome in Ole Miss and number 13 Illinois will visit Northwestern. Elsewhere, number eight Vanderbilt will take on Texas in Austin, number 15 North Carolina will head West to take on Stanford, number 14 Texas Tech will host Utah and number 17 Arkansas will welcome in South Carolina.
