This will significantly delay your payment because the lockbox will reject the payment and forward it to our office because no payment stub is included.

Instead, you will need to create a new vender account using the 83 Greene Street address. Please allow at least 10 business days for the bank to process your payment. We do not accept EFT and they will need to issue a paper check and mail it to us.

We'll soon learn if the death toll has grown in the UPS plane crash. At least nine people are dead and nearly a dozen are hurt following the crash in Louisville last night. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear fears emergency crews will find more bodies, and he will update the situation later today from Louisville.        Democrats are taking a victory lap after Tuesday's key elections. Voters elected Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani as the next mayor of New York City. Democrat Abigail Spanberger won the Virginia governor's race, Democrat Mikie [[ MY-key ]] Sherrill won the governor's race in New Jersey. Also, California voters passed Proposition 50 which called for the redrawing of congressional maps to favor Democrats.        The fate of President Trump's tariffs is now in the hands of the Supreme Court. The justices heard a suit today brought by Democratic leaders in 12 states challenging the legality of the tariffs, which Trump imposed without Congress. The hearing came on the same day Trump is in Miami talking about his economic agenda.        Millions will feel a deep-freeze as an Arctic blast heads to the Eastern U.S. Temperatures are expected to fall from the Dakotas all the way down to Florida this weekend, with forecasters saying it will feel more like January than November. In the meantime, the western half of the country can expect above-average temps next week.        Sean "Diddy" Combs hopes the New Year brings him a presidential pardon. According to TMZ, the imprisoned mogul has been boasting to other inmates about an alleged pardon from President Trump in 2026. Combs has been pushing for a pardon since he was convicted of sex crimes in July in New York and sentenced to serve 50 months in prison. The White House has denied the reports.        The new movie "Predator: Badlands" is expected to score at the box office. The film starring Elle Fanning is expected to make between 25 and 30-million-dollars in its first weekend in theaters. Other new releases this weekend include the Jennifer Lawrence-Robert Pattinson led "Die My Love," the historical drama "Nuremberg" and the Sydney Sweeney boxing drama "Christy."
