Tuesday's decision by the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reverses a lower court injunction that prevented Medicaid cuts in 22 states.        Protests are growing in Iran as students call for an end to regime rule. Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Tehran Tuesday with some chanting "death to Islamic Republic." The protests started over the weekend as the Iranian currency hit a new low against the dollar.        The FBI says Americans were scammed out of more than 330-million dollars this year through schemes using bitcoin ATM machines. An FBI spokesman said Tuesday that new data on fraudulent transactions at cryptocurrency kiosks reflect a "clear and constant rise" that is "not slowing down." There are more than 45-thousand bitcoin ATMs nationwide.
