The Trump Administration is freezing all child care payments to the state of Minnesota after a viral video alleged child care fraud. Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neill of the Department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday that steps are being taken against what he called the "blatant fraud that appears to be rampant in Minnesota and across the country."        Forecasters say the New Year's Eve Ball Drop in New York's Times Square could be the coldest since 2017. It's already 2026 in the New Zealand time zone. Forecasters say by the time the new year reaches the U.S. East Coast, the temperature in Manhattan will be about 30 degrees, and wind chill factors could make it feel at least ten degrees colder.        A body has been found in the search for a missing 19-year-old Texas girl. Camila Olmos has been missing since leaving her home in San Antonio on the day before Christmas. San Antonio authorities say a body was found Tuesday in an area of tall grass just a few hundred yards away from her home that matches her description.        A federal court is allowing the Trump administration to deny Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood centers that perform abortions. Tuesday's decision by the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reverses a lower court injunction that prevented Medicaid cuts in 22 states.        Protests are growing in Iran as students call for an end to regime rule. Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Tehran Tuesday with some chanting "death to Islamic Republic." The protests started over the weekend as the Iranian currency hit a new low against the dollar.        The FBI says Americans were scammed out of more than 330-million dollars this year through schemes using bitcoin ATM machines. An FBI spokesman said Tuesday that new data on fraudulent transactions at cryptocurrency kiosks reflect a "clear and constant rise" that is "not slowing down." There are more than 45-thousand bitcoin ATMs nationwide.
