On Wednesday, the head of the National Transportation Safety Board said the ship that slammed into a Baltimore Bridge was hauling nearly 60 containers filled with hazardous materials, including corrosives and flammables, and that some of the containers were breached, creating a sheen on the water.    Cities from Providence to Philadelphia have already been drenched by coastal storms and are now getting ready for another round of heavy precipitation that could cause localized flooding and travel disruptions from New England to the Carolinas through Friday.
A new Gallup poll found the number of people who disapprove of the Israel Hamas has increased to 55-percent over the last four months. Approval of Israel's war is also divided along party lines, with 64-percent of Republicans supporting the military action in Gaza, compared to just 18-percent of Democrats.    Memorial services will take place in Springfield tomorrow for the University of Missouri student who went missing in Nashville. The body of 22-year-old Riley Strain was found in the Cumberland River March 22nd.    Pope Francis is back to reading full prepared texts himself at his weekly audience. On Wednesday, the 87-year-old gave the reading rather than having an aide do so like he has in recent weeks.
It's been one year since the Covenant School shooting in Nashville. The private Christian school shooting claimed six lives. In a statement released Wednesday, Governor Bill Lee said Tennessee has been forever changed and added that "Our hope is that through that change, along with the prayers of millions, there will be redemption through this great tragedy."
