MEETING
- Call to order.
- Roll call.
- Approval of minutes from the meeting held 5/16/19.
- Vote on whether or not to recommend to the City Council that authorization be granted to the Administration to begin contract negotiations with Green Development, LLC, in connection withWoonsocket Renewable Energy Bid #5849.
- Vote on whether or not to recommend to the City Council that the City issue an RFP for the development of a solar energy project at the site known as “River’s Edge”.

The government shutdown is set to continue after the Senate once again denied a spending measure to end it. It's the tenth time lawmakers have attempted to pass the legislation that's Republican-backed and has already made it through the House. Meanwhile, the Senate held a procedural vote on a measure that's meant to fund the Department of War.
