Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein faces several charges following his arraignment in New York Criminal Court. Weinstein is charged with first- and third-degree rape, and first degree criminal sexual act for forced sex acts against two women in 2004 and 2013. Weinstein's lawyer says his client plans to plead not guilty and will attempt to have the charges dismissed.        Two people are injured and a gunman is in custody after a shooting at a school in Indiana. Police say a student at Noblesville West Middle School asked to be excused from a classroom and returned with two handguns. The "Indy Star" reports teacher Jason Seaman was shot three times while trying to stop the shooter. A 13-year-old girl was also wounded.       Defense Secretary James Mattis is optimistic that a North Korean summit may happen after all. Chatting with reporters at the Pentagon today, Mattis said U.S. diplomats are working hard to get the summit back on track.
