The lawyer for the woman accusing Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault has issues with the hearing planned for Thursday. In a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Christine Blasey Ford's attorney expresses concern about an outside counsel questioning Ford during the hearing. Ford's lawyer says that goes against her wishes that senators conduct the questioning.        Disgraced comedian Bill Cosby will learn his fate tomorrow. Cosby will find out how much, if any, time behind bars he'll spend. He's convicted of sexually assaulting former Temple University athletics staffer Andrea Constand at his home in 2004.        The Dallas police officer accused of manslaughter after fatally shooting an unarmed black man is no longer a police officer. The firing of Officer Amber Guyger was announced today. A department statement says Guyger engaged in "adverse conduct" when she was arrested for manslaughter on September 9th.        A new study suggests that kids whose moms smoke weed are more likely to try it at a younger age. Investigators at the Harvard T-H Chan School of Public Health analyzed over 44-hundred children and 25-hundred mothers to find the effect of maternal marijuana use on children from birth to 12-years-old. They found that children whose mothers use marijuana were likely to start using marijuana about two years earlier than those whose mothers don't.        There are 300 new words in the Scrabble dictionary. The newest game edition was released today and added long-awaited words like "OK" and "ew". It's been four years since any new words were added to the game's dictionary, and there were very serious steps taken for the addition of the new words.
