Former President Trump's criminal hush money trial is back underway in New York City. The judge in the trial clarified to Trump that the gag order imposed on him doesn't prevent him from testifying. This comes after the former President made comments yesterday that the order won't allow him to testify.        The Manhattan DA's office confirms an officer fired a weapon once while clearing protestors out of Columbia's Hamilton Hall. No one was hurt and the New York Post reports it was a single a shot according to a source. The discharge colors the raid that city officials had described as a "calm, precise operation."       A new report shows the economy added far fewer jobs than analysts expected last month. 175-thousand jobs were added while an increase of around 240-thousand had been expected. The numbers out today from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show a significant slowing over gains recorded during the previous 12 months.       A portion of Interstate 95 in Connecticut will be shutdown until at least Monday after yesterday's fiery crash. A tanker loaded with fuel was involved in a multi-vehicle crash under a bridge in Norwalk Thursday and the crash resulted in damage to the overpass. The bridge is being demolished.       Britney Spears and her boyfriend reportedly got into a fight yesterday at a hotel in Los Angeles. Representatives for the pop icon said she is "safe and at home." In a social media post, Spears says she twisted her ankle, adding that paramedics showed up at her door "illegally."        The 150th running of the Kentucky Derby will take place tomorrow. The current favorite Fierceness will start from the 17th post position, while second-favorite Sierra Leone is starting out of the number-two gate. Fierceness is running at five-to-two odds, Sierra Leone at three-to-one.
