The U.S. is moving toward direct peace talks in the Ukraine war, with President Trump's envoy Steve Witkoff headed to Moscow next week to negotiate a potential deal. A Putin advisor confirmed the visit as Ukraine says it's reached a "common understanding" with the Trump administration on the framework of an agreement. Trump says his 28-point plan has now been "fine-tuned," even as heavy fighting continues in eastern Ukraine.     The FBI wants to interview six Democrats featured in a video encouraging military members to refuse illegal orders. The FBI has reportedly been in contact with Capitol Police to get the interviews scheduled. President Trump has called for the lawmakers involved in the video to be punished.     The Thanksgiving travel crush is kicking into high gear, with the TSA expecting to screen more than 18 million flyers through next Tuesday and today marking the peak with 52-thousand flights nationwide. Officials say air-traffic staffing is back to pre-shutdown levels and most flights are on time, but a lake-effect snowstorm threatening the Midwest and Northeast could disrupt plans. In all, a record 82 million Americans are expected to travel for the holiday.     A Charlotte lawmaker is pressing federal officials for answers after hundreds of local immigration arrests. Democratic Congresswoman Alma Adams has sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, criticizing the agency for withholding details about the operations that led to at least 370 arrests and questioning its claim that it was only targeting the "worst of the worst."     The federal government is launching a civil rights investigation into SeaWorld Orlando and its sister parks. The Justice Department says it's looking into claims that United Parks and Resorts, which operates SeaWorld, Aquatica Orlando, and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, discriminated against guests with disabilities by banning certain types of walkers.     A Class One recall is underway for several Boar's Head cheese products over possible Listeria contamination. The FDA says a supplier issued the recall, which includes grated and pre-cut Pecorino Romano cheeses as well as EverRoast Chicken Caesar salads and wraps sold at Kroger stores in Kentucky and Indiana.
