North Dakota U.S. Marshal Dallas Carlson says the man was facing terrorizing-related charges in the Fargo court today. After a partial guilty verdict was returned, he pulled out a sharp instrument, possibly made of edged-plastic, and cut his throat.       Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes will soon be able to talk you to sleep.
