Please note that delivery for system-wide holds will be delayed, as the delivery service and some libraries are working with limited staff and hours of operation. To request items, please visit the online catalog at http://catalog.oslri.net/ and search for up to 5 items in any combination of books, DVDs, audiobooks, and music CDs (limit of 3 items per media type). You may also provide a topic to search. Please jot down the author, title, and call number for each item and keep your library card number and list handy for the next step. Staff will call you when your request is filled to arrange for a contactless, curbside pickup appointment. All items are sanitized and strict health guidelines are fol-lowed. Staff are working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is pleading not guilty to federal drug and weapons charges. Maduro was arraigned today, charged in the U.S. with narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy and weapons offenses. He's been in U.S. custody since being captured in an overnight operation in Venezuela on Saturday.        President Trump says that the U.S. oil industry could get things going in Venezuela within 18 months. Trump told NBC News Monday he thinks it could even take less than the year and a half timeline, but that a "tremendous amount of money will have to be spent," adding that the companies will spend it and be reimbursed by the U.S. or through revenue. He did not give a specific dollar amount, but said that the companies would do well, along with Venezuela.        Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is pointing to his state's child care fraud scandal as the reason behind his decision to not seek re-election. Walz told reporters today that every minute he spends defending his political interest would be a minute away from defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on their generosity. He added he would also have to defend against "the cynics" who pray on our differences.        The first cross-country storm of the year is expected to bring rain and severe weather threats to millions. According to the FOX Forecast Center, the storm is developing out of the West, and it could impact most of the country by the end of the week. Stormy conditions will break out in the Southwest on Thursday before moving into the Rockies and ushering in the possibility of snow across the Upper Midwest.        Evacuations took place at the Arizona State Capitol in Phoenix Monday after a package officials said contained two vials of a "homemade explosive substance" was found. Multiple buildings were evacuated, including the State Courts Building, which houses the Arizona Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Officials are currently looking into the situation.        Novo Nordisk's weight loss drug Wegovy is now available in pill form in the U.S. A starter dose of the pill will be available for 149 dollars to patients with a prescription who purchase it directly through the manufacturer without insurance. According to Novo Nordisk, the largest dose of the medication will be available by the end of the week for 300 dollars a month.
